Lydia: “Mommy, I like Mickey Mouse better than Jesus.”

Me: “Lydia, Mickey is pretend. Jesus is real.”

Lydia: “Oh, well. What I meant to say is I like Mickey AND Jesus.”

um, yes… Elias has said this, too. But he said it about spiderman…

If only more adults would be so honest … then they might just be willing to let Him change that As long as we are lying to ourselves, it’s hard to accept help.
