“I AM WHO I AM”— this name only belongs to Jehovah God. As we consider His greatness, we fall down in fear and awe of this One who possesses all authority.
Exodus 3:13-15:
Then Moses said to God, “Behold, I am going to the sons of Israel, and I will say to them, ‘The God of your fathers has sent me to you.’ Now they may say to me, ‘What is His name?’ What shall I say to them?”
God said to Moses, “I AM WHO I AM”; and He said, “Thus you shall say to the sons of Israel, ‘I AM has sent me to you.’”
God, furthermore, said to Moses, “Thus you shall say to the sons of Israel, ‘The LORD, the God of your fathers, the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob, has sent me to you ‘ This is My name forever, and this is My memorial-name to all generations.
Just a simple “framed” I AM ornament today – something to get the boys used to hearing the names of God (Jehovah and I AM) that they really haven’t heard before. Elias is understanding that God has many names, and I hope that he will soon understand how precious it is that God shares these names with us, as they each show us another aspect of God and His majesty!
Thank you, God, for being the great I AM, our Jehovah God!

Erm… why would god want us to fear him? Fear is bad.
