Good: full, true, honorable, virtuous, right, commendable, kind, benevolent, loyal, close… The goodness of God is what predisposes Him to be kind, benevolent, and full of good will toward all creation.
Psalm 119:65-68
You have dealt well with Your servant,
O LORD, according to Your word.
Teach me good discernment and knowledge,
For I believe in Your commandments.
Before I was afflicted I went astray,
But now I keep Your word.
You are good and do good;

And He said, ” I Myself will make all My goodness pass before you, and will proclaim the name of the LORD before you; and I will be gracious to whom I will be gracious, and will show compassion on whom I will show compassion.”Psalm 118:1
