Everlasting means enduring through all time, or eternal.  The One who created time cannot exist any other way – He lasts through all time!

A simple  “evergreen” wreath made from Elias and Donovan’s handprints – plants like pine trees, holly, and ivy are called evergreens because they never die.  Advent is a time when we remember that death could not hold Jesus is His grave – and that God and all His attributes (goodness, love, mercy, truth…) are everlasting!
