They make wonderful gifts for new moms. It sounds like that might be more supporting scripture in the other version, but especially for new moms, a 2 page spread is perfect. Though I pray often for my kids, I was feeling very convicted about how generic my prayers for my kids had become and decided to commit the month of July to praying focused Scripture prayers over my kids. I've been blogging my prayers to help hold me accountable and to be a resource and encouragement to other moms. With July coming to a close, I've been thinking about starting up Power of a Praying Parent or picking up a copy of Will Davis' "Pray Big for Your Child." I haven't read it, but the description sounds good! So, after your post yesterday I hopped over to PaperBackSwap to add it to my wishlist. Then, yay, today I get an email that there's one available and now it should be on its way to me shortly.
