I’m guest-posting today. And I think you’re really gonna like. Because I share something that happened this week—when Lydia quoted a Scripture at me. And the reason she quoted the Scripture? To tell me I was acting inappropriately.
*whew*
So. I’d love to hear your thoughts on my post: Listen, Learn & Love at Motherhood Your Way!
Every year it’s the same. I decide against New Year’s Resolutions. Then on New Year’s Eve or New Year’s Day I start feeling introspective. I decide I need to tidy up my life a bit. I inventory my weaknesses. I begin the longest to-do list known to man. I search for that big thing I want to accomplish this year, my Great Project.
Veggie Tales was my lovely and generous sponsor at the Relevant Conference so, I brought a little Veggie Tales prop with me. An 8 inch drum to be exact! Since The Little Drummer Boy is their newest (and most fabulous) new movie, I thought I’d see if I could get some of my fellow bloggers to help me out in my own movie featuring our little drum:
Are they great or what?! I really wish I had a video of it from the outside because it’s mainly me, hysterically laughing behind the camera. These women are all incredibly fabulous–I am honored to know them and inspired by them regularly! I hope you read all their blogs and connect with them on facebook, twitter or elsewhere.
So, do you know anyone else who might like a Little Drummer Boy drum for themselves? Veggie Tales is giving one away to one of you today! I think it’s the perfect save-it-and-use-it-as-a-Christmas-present! I had to practically pry Asa’s fingers off it so I could pack it in my suitcase, so I know your kids will love it! Just leave me a comment about the video above–do you read any of the blogger’s blogs? If not, which one are you off to read first?!
