
I always get books for the kids for Christmas. This year it took me quite awhile to find some good “boy” books for Asa. I did get him Richard Scarry’s The Adventures of Lowly Worm becuase Lowly breaks his leg (remember Asa’s cast?). But I really wanted a good Christian book that was targeted at the roly-poly-rough-and-tumble boy. And I found it! It’s called, The Dragon and the Turtle
by Donita K. Paul. I love Donita K. Paul’s adult fiction and was so happy to find this one.
It’s about a little turtle and little dragon that become friends. We’ve read the book several times and have done some really fun activities which involve ALL of our senses…{read the full post on The Mob Society}
